Meet Oliver: Your Sales Strategist and Coach

Hi, I’m Oliver, born on the charming island of Saaremaa in Estonia. With over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur in sales, my journey has been filled with learning, growth, and transformation. However, the path wasn’t always clear.

Growing up, I was like most, unsure of my path. In 2011, I headed to Tallinn for university, kickstarting my personal development journey. I immersed myself in books, audios, podcasts, and seminars, hungry for knowledge to enhance my life. Balancing a job from 8 PM to 8 AM during university, attending classes, and hitting the gym four times a week taught me discipline and resilience.

In 2013, I ventured into selling the new light cable TV/internet door-to-door for the former Elion as an independent contractor. This experience was my introduction to the dynamic world of sales.

By 2015, I put my skills to the test by selling educational books in the US with Southwestern Advantage. The experience of selling in -10°C weather in Canada in 2019, while others had finished the summer program, cemented my love for the freedom of entrepreneurship. I thrived on earning commissions based on my performance and providing valuable service to clients.

In 2020, I joined LHV, Estonia's largest bank, as an independent contractor, spending nearly three years in direct sales. During this time, I discovered a passion for coaching, finding immense fulfillment in helping others succeed.

Today, my focus is on supporting individuals and companies on their growth journey. I specialize in creating tailored sales strategies, discovering unique selling propositions, and coaching on identifying and selling to different personality types.
